Hamar and Kongsvinger, as a part of the Indigo ICT collaboration, is considering the purchase of a system for administration and operations of roads and parks.

We plan to organise this as a common intermunicipal project. Other municipalities included in the Indigo ICT collaboration the municipalities of Stange, Løten, Nord-Odal, Sør-Odal and Grue are invited as audience to the dialogue.

The objective of the delivery is to ensure good services through the use of the systems for employees, contractors and residents in the participating municipalities.

The municipalities are currently using several systems that partly cover some of the needs. However, these are procured independently of each other and cannot be regarded as seamless digital services that meet the future needs.
