Kragerø kommune [Kragerø Municipality] plans to implement procurement of a framework agreement for contractor services. The works include, among other things, replacement, repairs and smaller new installations on the contracting authority"s roads and water and sewage installations, as well as works in parks, sport and school areas. The majority of work is within water and sewage installations. The purpose of the market dialogue is to map the market, possibilities and other aspects of the procurement. The market dialogue will be used to obtain information and input from the market in order to set good requirements and relevant award criteria in the procurement. See the annex for further information concerning implementation.
