1. The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Immunization Plus and Malaria Progress by Accelerating Coverage and Transforming Services (IMPACT) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for upgrade of the College of Nursing Ado Ekiti-under Component two of the Project). For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments, as defined in the World Bank"s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.

2. The Immunization Plus and Malaria Progress by Accelerating Coverage and Transforming Services (IMPACT) Project. (Immunization Plus), through the State Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the upgrade of College of Nursing Ado-Ekiti as listed in the table below:

3. MANDATORYREQUIREMENT

Contractors that meet the following criteria are eligible to apply.

1 Evidence of Registration with Ekiti State Public Procurement Agency.

2 Evidence of Registration/Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

3. Evidence of company tax payment for 2021, 2022 and 2023.

4. Detailed Company profile showing evidence of key personnel.

5 Documentary evidence of at least two (2) similar jobs in the last five (5) years including letter of award, valuation certificate and job completion certificate.

6. Bidders for the Lot 1 must show evidence of registration with Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

7. Affidavit of Disclosure

a.) Disclosing that the company shall exercise requisite skill using genuine/specified materials and input in the execution of the contract.

b.) A statement of interest including whether any director of the company has been convicted in any country for criminal offence relating to fraud or financial impropriety.

c.) That the bidder is neither in receivership nor a subject of insolence/bankruptcy/Winding up proceedings

d.) That all information presented in the Bid is true and correct in all particulars and can be verified

4. METHOD OF APPLICATION/ BID SUBMISSION AND OPENING

Bids must be delivered to the address below between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm on Mondays to Fridays except on public holidays and on1 or before 12.00 noon (local time) on 22"November, 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders" designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below al 1 00 pm (local time), on 22" November,2024.

The completed bidding document should be enveloped in two separate envelopes marked "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid", both bids should be placed in one envelope sealed, waxed and marked on the Top Left-Hand Comer with the inscription: "Company name and address", and on the back side of the sealed envelope addressed to the Project Manager, Ekiti State IMPACT Project

5. PAYMENIFOR BIDDING DOCUMENT

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Seventy Five Thousand Naira Only (NGN75,000.00). The method of payment will be into the IMPACT Project Accounts with the following details.

Nigerian Naira Account: ACCOUNT NAME- Ekiti State Ministry of Health, Malaria Elimination Progranme, Nigeria Naira Account; ACCOUNT NUMBER -0122879135: BANKERS-Wema Bank of Nigeria; CURRENCY-NGN, Verifiable payment evidence for the non-refundable fee is to be forwarded to the project through the stated email addresses below or brought by hand to the project office address stated below. The bidding document may be sent by courier of collected by hand. Prospective bidders will bear all costs if they choose delivery of the bidding document by courier

6. Disclaimer

This advancement shall not be construed to mean commitment on the part of Ekiti State IMPACT Porrect to award any form of contract and will not indemnify any contractor in relation to any expenses incurred therein
