ADDENDUM No.2 TO INVITATION FOR BIDS

Further to the invitation for Bids and the Addendum on the above issued on the 11th August 2025 and 15th September 2025 respectively in the Daily Sun, Guardian, Daily Trust Newspaper, UNDB, AFD Market Place and EIB TERNERINV, the Project Implementation Unit, Nigeria Digital Identification for Development Project wishes to notify all the Bidders who have purchased the Request for Bids (RfB) Document and other Interested Bidders that this Addendum/Corrigenda No.2 is hereby issued as follows:

2. The Project Implementation Unit of the Nigeria Digital Identification for Development (ID4D) Project has extended the close of submission of the Bids as follows:

3. The Project Implementation Unit of the Nigeria Digital Identification for Development Project hereby issues a modification to the Price Schedule: Goods Manufactured Outside the Purchaser’s Country, to be Imported, already imported and Goods Manufactured in the Purchaser’s Country - Abuja. All Bidders are hereby advised that Line Items Nos. 21, 23, 24, 29, 45, 46, and 47 shall remain unpriced and shall not be included in the computation of the overall bid price. The table below provides details of the items to be left unpriced.

4. Note that all eligibility conditions stated in the earlier Invitation for Bids (Specific Procurement Notice) and the Request for Bids issued already or to be issued (Section 111-EVALUATION AND QUALIFICATION CRITERIA, Pages 51-62 as well as modifications made through the first Addendum/Corrigenda issued on the 15th September 2025 remain UNCHANGED.

5. The request for Bids document in English Language may still be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Twenty-Five Thousand Naira or 15 USD. The method of payment will be by direct payment to the following account details. The document will be sent by email.
