• The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRIN) Project 2.0 and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Establishment of Homestead Gardens (Agricultural Equipment). For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.

2. The Federal Ministry of Agric & Food Security - Accelerating Nutrition in Nigeria (ANRIN 2.0) Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Agricultural Equipment. The descriptions of goods are provided in Section II –Bid data sheet (BDS) ITB1.1 and the distribution to end lines is on Annex1 attached to the bidding document. Application of margin of preference of 15% will be applied for local vendors.

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Federal Ministry of Agric & Food Security - Accelerating Nutrition in Nigeria (ANRIN 2.0) Project: Dr. Ojuolape Solanke - National Project Manager. e-mail: olankee@yahoo.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.

5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of N75,000.00 The method of payment will be Direct Bank transfer/deposit to :
