• The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) Ondo State Coordination Office (SCO), Akure intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of artificial insemination service centre at Akure and Ikare Akoko, and public slaughterhouses in the 5 selected locations in Ondo state
• The Ondo L-PRES now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of artificial insemination service centre at Akure and Ikare Akoko, and public slaughterhouses in the 5 selected locations in Ondo State with a completion period of 6 months.
• Name of the work: Construction of Artificial insemination of service centre at Akure and Ikare Akoko and public slaughterhouses in the 5 selected locations in Ondo

• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing, Revised Edition of February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), address available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from State Project Coordination Office - Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), Agric. Input Supply Agency (AISA) Building, Beside ADP, Alagbaka, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 0900-1600 at the address given below.
• The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Sixty Thousand Naira (NGN60,000.00) only. The method of payment will be by bank draft or direct transfer in favour of the following account: 1025200806 UBA Acct Name: Ondo State L-PRES Project. Proof of payment to be presented at the address below. At the bidder"s request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 noon on 19th June, 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 12 noon on the19th June, 2025.
• All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of in the amount stated above
