REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RfP)

• The Federal Government of Nigeria has applied for financing from the international Development Association for a credit toward the cost of National Social Safety Nets Coordinating Office under the National Social Safety Nets Program (NASSP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payment under the contract for the procurement of Laptop Computer for NASSCO Staff.
• National Social Safety Nets Coordinating Office (NASSCO) now invites quotations to supply Laptop Computers. The goods shall be procured through the National shopping procedures specified in the World Bank procurement Guidelines of July 2016.
• For this purpose, you will find enclosed a schedule and the technical specifications for the goods to be supplied.
• The price of your quotation shall clearly indicate the total price and the time and place of delivery of the goods. The goods shall be supplied and installed at the place of delivery within two weeks from the date of contract signing.
• Your quotation shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of submitting the quotation and the supplies shall be accompanied by twelve(12) months warranty. Your quotation shall include the signed Form of Contract, which will become the contract in case your quotation is retained.
• Clarifications can be requested before 12.00 hours, April 10th, 2024, from the Procurement Unit – National Social Safety Nets Coordinating Office. 76 Ali Akilu Crescent, State House. Abuja.
• The supplier shall not assign, in whole or in part, its obligations under this Request, except with the written consent of the Managing Director.
• The request for quotation has also been addressed to Two (2) other Suppliers
• The suppliers’ request for payment shall be made in writing, accompanied by an invoice and relevant documents acceptable to NASSCO.
• Prices shall be fixed, and the supplier shall be entirely responsible for taxes.
• You are requested to submit the completed quotation to us not later than 12.00 hours, April 10th, 2024, in a sealed envelope indicating ‘’Quotation for Procurement of 50 No Lap Top Computers. The outer envelope shall contain two sealed envelopes with the requested quotations, one marked ‘’original’’ and one marked ‘’copy’’ and addressed to:

The National Coordinator, National Social Safety Nets Coordinating Office. N0. 76 Ali Akilu Crescent. State House. Abuja. All correspondences must be on the company’s letter headed Paper. Quotations" opening date will be 12.00 hours, April 10th, 2024. You are requested to submit the completed quotation to us not later than 12.00 hours, April 10th, 2024, in a sealed envelope indicating ‘’Quotation for Procurement of Computers. • The successful Supplier shall be notified in writing and shall have an effective contract with the National Social Safety Nets Coordinating Office (NASSCO), on receipt of the duly signed and dated contract by the purchaser.
• The maximum percentage by which quantities may be increased is: 15% and the maximum percentage by which quantities may be decreased is: 15%
• Mandatory Eligibility Requirements for Qualification:
• Evidence of Registration of the Company with Corporate Affairs Commission.
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate expiring 31st December 2023.
• Please confirm receipt of this letter and also let us know if your firm will submit a quotation.
