REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB)

Upgrading of Twenty - Seven (27) Selected Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) in Lagos State (3 Lots)

INTRODUCTION:

The Federal Government of Nigeria, on behalf of the Lagos State Government, has received a Credit from the World Bank towards the cost of improving the utilization and quality of immunization plus and malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for the Upgrading of Twenty - Seven (27) Selected Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) in Lagos State.

The Lagos State Government, through the Project Implementation Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Upgrading of Twenty - Seven (27) Selected Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) in Lagos State as detailed below.

This is a single package but will be awarded on a lot basis. Only 1 Lot will be awarded to a successful bidder.

BIDDING PROCEDURES:

Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2023 (“Procurement Regulation”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulation. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the Conflict of Interest.

INVITATION:

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information in writing from the State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), through the Project Manager (PM) or Email: lagosimpact2@gmail.com (cc: bon_sing@yahoo.com) and may also inspect the bidding documents during office hours between 9.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m., Monday – Friday at the address given below.

PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS:

Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents in English Language upon submitting a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000.00). The method of payment will be by Bank Draft issued in favor of LASG Malaria Impact Project Counterpart Naira Account. A copy of the Bidding Document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through a courier firm at the service cost to the bidder.

BIDS SUBMISSION AND OPENING:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. Friday 17th January, 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address stated in the bidding documents by 10.00a.m on Friday 17th January, 2025
