• The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Immunization Plus And Malaria Progress By Accelerating Coverage And Transforming Services (IMPACT) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Upgrading and Renovation of Delta State School of Health Technology, Ovrode. “For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.
• The Immunization Plus And Malaria Progress By Accelerating Coverage And Transforming Services (IMPACT), Delta State Primary Health Care Development Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Upgrading and Renovation of Delta State School of Health Technology, Ovrode

• Qualification’s requirement include:
• Evidence of civil works contract of that magnitude during the last 5 years
• Audited Financial Statements for the last 3 years to demonstrate the financial capability of the bidder in terms of profitability and adequate working capital.
• Additional information are provided in the bidding documents.

• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

• The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of N120,000.00 (One Hundred and Twenty Thousand. The method of payment will be by direct deposit to IMPACT GCCC Account: DTSG Immunization Plus And Malaria Progress By Accelerating Coverage And Transforming Services ACCOUNT NUMBER- 5030129368; BANKER- FIDELTY BANK. The document will be sent by courier or collected by hand. Prospective bidders will bear the costs of courier if they choose delivery of the bidding document by courier

• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 noon 24th July, 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID”, and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on 1.00pm (local time) 24thJuly, 2024. All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will be held in safe custody of the Employer until the second public Bid opening.

• All Bids must be accompanied by Bid-Security of the amount in Nigerian Naira stated in the Table under paragraph 2 as above of the Specific Procure Notice
