• The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project (ACReSAL) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Drilling of 4NO Solar Powered Boreholes For Water Supply, Irrigation & Livestock In 8 LGAs to Include Wase, Kanam, Bokkos, Barkin Ladi, Kanke, Pankshin, Mikang and Qua"anpan LGAs.
• The State project management Unit (SPMU), Plateau State – Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes Project on behalf of Plateau State Government now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for.:

Margin of domestic preference does not apply.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers: July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the address given below in the document and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.

5. A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (NGN50, 000.00) only. The method of payment will be through Bank account; Plateau State ACReSAL Government Counterpart Fund Acct, Account Number: 5030131651 and bring the payment evidence to the address below. The document will be sent by courier on demand.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 Noon on Wednesday, October 18th, 2023. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the same address stated below.

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as stated in the table above.

8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.

9. A Pre-bid meeting would be held at the address below on Wednesday 11th October, 2023 which is seven days before the tender opening date by 12:00 noon to allow potential bidders seek clarifications on the bidding document.
