NZDF Survey Platform (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #71643231)

NZDF requires a Software as a Service (SaaS) survey platform that can support:

The annual NZDF People Survey
Psych screening survey tools
360-degree feedback surveys (for up to 1,000 leaders)
Ad hoc research surveys
Ability to have over 15,000 participants per survey
Multi-use functionality
Users must be able to access the platform via Single Sign-On (SSO)
NZISM standards, and compliance with GDCO Risk Assessment GDCO105 for cloud-based solutions. The solution must support NZDF to meet obligations under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, including secure storage of personal and sensitive information, access controls limiting access to permissioned users.

What we don’t want:
Defence is not seeking a full employee experience management package or an employee lifecycle tool. We are specifically interested in a survey platform that enables the delivery at scale of customised surveys and to be able to perform our own research tailored to NZDF’s specific needs.
We also do not need a research organisation to develop survey questions or undertake work for us as we have a dedicated internal resource for this.

What’s important to us?
NZDF needs to be able to undertake confidential surveys knowing that our information is held securely within the survey platform and that we own our information. We need a platform that is stable and readily available to our users who can retrieve information in a usable format. We also need to be sure that our data is not being used for benchmarking purposes outside of NZDF.

The RFP will be openly advertised through Smart Procure http://nzdf.bravosolution.com (an e-tendering portal that NZDF uses for conducting procurement activities) with the release of all RFP documentation and procurement envelopes ) please register as a supplier to download the RFP documentation and to submit your response via SmartProcure.

Any questions raised by Respondents during the Question-and-Answer period will be answered on Smart Procure to provide full visibility.

No responses sent by via GETS, post, email or delivered to VANZ’s or NZDF’s offices will be accepted.
