The carpet in Block 1 (Rooms 1-5, breakout spaces) and Block 3 (Rooms 11 and 12) is threadbare and requires replacement. The vinyl in Block 3 (Rooms 11 and 12) is damaged and lifting requiring replacement. The brown hessian pin board in Block 3 (Rooms 11-14, and corridor) is end of life and requires replacement. The electric wall heaters in Block 9 (Rooms 9 and 10) is insufficient for the space and end of life requiring replacement.

Works to involve:
• Blocks 1,3 - Carpet in Rooms 1-5, breakout spaces, Rooms 11 and 12. Replacement of the poor condition and end of life carpet. Remove and dispose of the existing carpet. Supply and installation of new 16oz direct stick carpet tiles. Works to include all floor preparation as required.
• Block 3 - Vinyl in Rooms 11 and 12. Replacement of the poor condition and end of life vinyl. Removal and disposal of the existing vinyl flooring. Supply and install of new vinyl flooring to include coving and all floor preparation.
• Block 3 - Hessian in Rooms 11-14, and the corridor. Replacement of the poor condition and end of life hessian pin board. Remove and dispose of the existing hessian pinboards. Preparation of all wall surfaces to include sealing and stopping to level 2. Supply and installation of new 10mm composite acoustic wall coverings.
• Block 9 - Heating in Rooms 9 and 10. Replacement of the end of life wall heaters. Remove and dispose of the existing wall heater. Supply and install of the condenser. Supply and install of air handler mount. Mount the air handler on appropriate fittings (i.e.aluminium monkey toes) located on the ground in a propose built cage. Connect the air handler to the condenser. Cover the lines with appropriate capping and trunking. Electrical work to make final connections and ensure functionality
