Auckland ATC Tower Main Contractor (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #71339405)

Airways intends to select a preferred Main Contractor prior to the completion of the Preliminary Design. The successful Contractor will be welcomed into the project in an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) capacity engaged under a NZS3910:2013 contract with Airways Special Conditions. During this phase, it is expected that the Main Contractor will work collaboratively with the Project Team around design buildability, construction sequencing, interface management, constraint identification and programme. In addition, it is expected that during this phase the Main Contractor will work with Airways and their Cost Managers to agree the sub-trade procurement strategy.

The purpose of this Registration of Interest (ROI) is to invite parties to provide an understanding of their capacity and experience to provide Main Contractor services to Airways for the new Air Traffic Control Tower Project at Auckland Airport. In particular:
▶ Demonstrate your approach to the Project is collaborative with a partnering mindset focused on ‘Best for Project’ outcomes.
▶ Demonstrate you have the right experience delivering projects of similar type and complexity in live operational environments.
▶ Demonstrate you have the right resources and availability to deliver this project in accordance with the project programme
▶ Demonstrate how you would resource this project including a resource chart with FTE percentages.
▶ Demonstrate the value you can add to the project through the ECI phase (should be backed up via 2no. recent project examples).

The intended outcome of the ROI process is to form a shortlist of three Main Contractors for a Request for Tender (Non-Priced Attributes, Priced Attributes) process for the Project. The priced component of the Request for Tender will be limited to P&G and Margin only.
