Gisborne Office Refurbishment Project (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #71237598)

ACC is seeking Proposals from suitably qualified main contractors/building practitioners to deliver the ACC Gisborne Office Refurbishment Project.

The Successful Respondent will deliver building refurbishment works (carpentry and associated allied trades and building services) and provide project management services to complete the refurbishment in accordance with ACC’s design, specifications and requirements pack (Appendix 1).

The refurbishment is being undertaken to address health, safety and accessibility compliance and to urgently address site security concerns (including reception counter upgrades and secure fleet parking), while modernising the office layout to meet current needs.

Our preference is to commence on the 13 April 2026, with practical completion targeted by the end of June 2026, and contract close-out (including any remedial period) by July 2026. This timetable is tentative and we are open to discussions in relation to the commencement date.
