The key out comes we are seeking are:
Certainty of delivery and timelines: The Selwyn Aquatic Maintenance closure is planned for a strict two-week period. It is essential that all work is completed within this time frame to ensure the facility reopens to the public as advertised.
Clear and proactive communication: If any unforeseen issues arise, we expect immediate communication along with practical solution-ocused plans to minimise disruption. Given the high usage of the aquatic facility, disruptions need to be managed carefully.
Compliance with Safety standards: All respondents must meet applicable industry safety and quality standards, evidence of previous successful delivery in similar operational environments will be required.
