This Advance Notice is to inform potential suppliers that Napier City Council (NCC) intend to go to market in the New Year via a Registration of Interest (ROI) for this contract opportunity (refer to the Advance Notice for indicative timelines).

Contract opportunity overview:
The Napier City Council (NCC) seeks to the appoint a Partner to operate NCC’s Senior / Retirement Housing Portfolio (Senior Portfolio) and work with Council to facilitate its expansion over time. The objective of the ROI is to identify a shortlist of providers who are genuinely interested in managing the Senior Portfolio, to progress to a Request for Proposal (RFP) stage.

NCC will also be looking to call for submissions for the sale agency of its Social Housing in the New Year, however, is not to be considered part of this process.

This Advance Notice is not an offer to enter into a contract and no offer to take part in the tender process may follow. The terms of any offered contract that may follow may differ from those indicated here.
