NCC Senior Retirement Housing Portfolio (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #70650389)

This Registration of Interest (ROI) is issued by Napier City Council (NCC) and relates to the appointment of a Partner to operate NCC’s Retirement Housing Portfolio (Retirement Portfolio) and work with Council to facilitate its expansion over time. The objective of the ROI is to identify a shortlist of providers who are genuinely interested in managing the Retirement Portfolio, to progress to a Request for Proposal (RFP) stage.

The Retirement Portfolio presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced housing provider or consortium to enter or expand operations within Napier/the Hawke’s Bay region, as well as play a key role in supporting both community outcomes and redevelopment of the sites.



NCC will also be looking to call for submissions for the sale agency of its Social Housing in the New Year, however, is not to be considered part of this process.
