Otaki Fire Station Replace Roof Cladding (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #70183918)

We wish to engage a construction supplier to carry out works at the Otaki Fire Station, located at 96 Mill Road, Otaki to undertake a full replacement of the roof cladding over the training room wing of the station alongside minor structural improvements.

The fire station must remain operational for the duration of the contract works. The successful supplier will liaise with our Project Manager and Station leadership team to ensure a mutually agreeable project plan is formulated and maintained, enabling the project to flow seamlessly while minimising the disturbance to brigade operations.

Please refer to section 1.3c which outlines the two options for a site visit.

Please also note that no questions will be responded to on GETS between 22/12/25 and 05/01/26.
