The Board is initiating a critical digital transformation to re-platform its existing public-facing website (). The
primary objective is to migrate the site from the current Umbraco platform to a robust, scalable, and future-proof modern CMS equivalent. Following this migration, the chosen provider will be
required to deliver comprehensive ongoing support and maintenance services for the new platform.
The goal of this migration is to establish a more flexible, scalable, and cost-effective digital presence that empowers the Board to easily manage, maintain and update content. Crucially, the
transition must be seamless, ensuring no loss of existing functionality or content. Our external facing website is a critical source of information for our practitioners and the public.
The Board has established an initial budget for these services but would welcome advice on the likely estimated costs to successfully complete the migration and provide on-going support
services for an initial 24 month term, with the mutual option to extend for a further additional 12 months.
