Main Building Contractor for LSM Block 1 Bathroom Modifications & Block 4 Unisex Toilets at Awapuni School, Palmerston North (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #69371970)

The Contract Works required are: to alter and refurbish toilets in Blocks 1 and Block 4. Block 1 is Learning Support Modifications to redesign bathroom to an accessible bathroom design. Block 4 is to redesign the existing bathroom spaces (male & female) to create unisex toilets (2 x self-contained cubicles in each). Both include all required fit-out and fixtures as per plans and specifications. Allow for asbestos removal as indicated and any fire design requirements as per included fire design report. Please note this closes on 6th January, however a site visit must be made prior to the 18th December.

All work to comply with manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact the noted representative in Invite Letter to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
