The project involves the replacement of all heat pumps in Blocks 2,3,4,5,6 & 7 at Wanaka Primary School as they have reached the end of their workable life. The project also includes the replacement of the Bathroom Heaters in Blocks 2,3,4,5,6,7 & 8 with a more suitable alternative.
The tenders should include all costs associated with removing and disposal of the old heat pumps and bathroom heaters, the supply of new heat pumps and bathroom heaters with the same heating capacity or better and installation, and the supply and installation where necessary of protective cages for the outdoor units and electrical certification..
Plans attached show each block, you will need to go to site to verify positioning, check situation and verify the number of heatpumps and bathroom heaters (and cages) required..
