Main Building/ Fencing Contractor for LSM Fencing, Gates & Site Works at Kiwitea School (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #68842133)

The Contract Works required are: Design & build of fence – No foot holes, steps or horizontal bars that facilitate climbing (distance between structural horizontal beams to be at least 1200mm apart) or structures within 1m of the fence that facilitate climbing. Fence work reaches down to ground leaving no gaps (maximum 100mm). Minimum height 1800mm with no exposed points at top. Gates with safety latches situated approximately 1600mm from ground level or higher. Gates to be fitted with auto-closing mechanisms. New fencing is a timber fencing, aluminium fencing & gates and galv, powder-coated steel posts. Some grounds works including smaller vegetation removal in new fence line may be required (large tree removal is by others), demolishing and supply and install of a new Woodshed.

All work to comply with manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact the noted representative in Invite Letter to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
