ACC is looking to procure a wellbeing measurement tool to mature our approach to the wellbeing, health and safety of our kaimahi.

We are seeking a tool that measures a range of wellbeing constructs using validated frameworks, including psychosocial risk factors, mental wellbeing, psychological distress, employee experience, and engagement. We are interested in tools that not only possess the functionality to ensure compliance with obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, but that will also allow for greater understanding and insight into the factors that enable kaimahi to perform at their best.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved to help ACC to role-model best practice workplace wellbeing approaches, leveraging modern wellbeing, health and safety theory and the most up to date digital tools.
