Advance Notice: Opportunity to Tender – External Windows, Sliding Doors and Hinged Doors. (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #68696802)

The purpose of this Notice is to provide advance notification to the market of the intention of Kainga Ora – Homes and Communities to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the supply of External Windows, Sliding Doors and Hinged Doors to the Kāinga Ora new build and retrofit programme.

Kāinga Ora is seeking external joinery solutions that deliver high-quality, durable and compliant products suitable for all climate zones across its housing projects. The RFP offers suppliers the opportunity to support the commitment of Kāinga Ora to efficient delivery, cost optimisation and fit-for-purpose solutions.

The RFP is intended to be released via the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) in mid-November 2025. The resulting contracts are anticipated to run for a period of three years, commencing 1 July 2026.

Note: No information from potential respondents is requested nor required from this advance notice. Suppliers who are interested in participating in the proposed RFP process should ensure they are registered to receive GETS notifications for the applicable RFx Categories in the ‘New Zealand’ region for service delivery.
