ORC Building Cleaning and Services (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #68611124)

Otago Regional Council is looking to engage an experienced and reliable local cleaning company who can undertake daily cleaning and tearoom services of Council’s new head office – Aonui – and who can also undertake daily / semi-weekly cleaning operations of our depots and offices within the Otago region.

This work will involve a range of general cleaning duties, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and the cleaning of bathrooms (including toilets) and kitchens, and the supply of cleaning consumables to these offices. Tasks will also include unpacking and repacking dishwashers, as well as refilling supplies as required throughout the facilities. Clear communication between Council and the successful contractor is essential, particularly regarding the reporting of Health & Safety Concerns and any instances of damage to facilities.

We are seeking an organisation with a presence across Otago that can act as the single contract holder for the majority of our sites. In some smaller towns, we are open to the contract holder engaging subcontractors to ensure full coverage.
