Papakura Military Camp Barracks Tranche 2 & 3 - Accommodation (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #68344118)

New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) wishes to appoint a Main Contractor with the ability to deliver the Papakura Military Camp Barracks Tranche 2 and 3 - Accommodation Project.

The works are to design and construct Off Site Manufactured (OSM) barracks accommodation units to provide up to 72 beds completed by December 2026.

This is an open market Request for Tender (RFT) to identify a preferred supplier to undertake a Pre-Construction Services Agreement and upon successful completion, deliver the project under a NZS3916. All contracts are subject to funding approval.

This project is part of a large programme of works being delivered by New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) over the next decade as part of the Defence Estate Regeneration Programme (DERP).
