This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified Contractors to submit a proposal for Early Contractor Involvement Services (ECI) to support the Design and Construction of Grade Separated Vehicle and Active Mode Crossings in Takanini.

The Project’s scope of work involves the removal of existing at grade vehicle crossings in the Takanini area, and replacing with new grade separated vehicle crossings at Manuia Road, Walters Road and Taka Street, as well as the closure of existing vehicle level crossings at Spartan Road and Manuroa Road, replacing those with active mode bridges.

Participants who meet the Capability Statement criteria (File 02. 754-25-750-AC Interactive Meeting Registration Form) have the option to attend an interactive session with AT’s Evaluation Panel (EP). Attendance at this meeting is optional and limited to 3 personnel per participant. The timetable for the interactive procurement process is provided in "Our Timeline," Section 1.2 of this RFP.
