BCITO RFP for Human Resources Information System (HRIS) (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #67165606)

BCITO is seeking to modernise its Human Resources functions by implementing an integrated Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Our current processes are largely manual and supported by disparate systems, limiting efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capability.

Through this RFP we aim to identify and implement a solution that:

- streamlines HR workflows and the employee lifecycle,
- improves data accuracy, security, and compliance with New Zealand regulations,
- provides robust analytics and reporting for better decision-making,
- integrates effectively with payroll, SharePoint, and other key systems, and
- offers a user-friendly, scalable platform to support organisational growth and workforce engagement.

The successful Respondent will demonstrate proven capability in delivering HRIS solutions that meet compliance requirements, support integration, and scale to future organisational needs.
