Next Generation Critical Communications, https://ngcc.govt.nz, is seeking information from vendors who provide Location Based Service solutions, specifically focussing on 4G
and 5G Gateway Mobile Location Centre (GMLC), 4G Evolved Serving Mobile Location Centre (E-SMLC), and 5G Location Management Function (LMF).

We are interested in solutions that support both control plane and user plane services and comply with the relevant 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) standards - align with 3GPP, Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) and European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), as well as address use cases such as emergency services, commercial applications, and sensor-based services, to support an evolving public safety and commercial value strategy.
