Massey University is inviting responses to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the supply of a Venue and Event Management Software (VEMS).

We are seeking a fit-for-purpose solution that supports modern, end-to-end digital workflows across our commercial venues. The system should provide core venue and event management functionality with minimal customisation, enable seamless booking and coordination, and integrate with Massey’s existing systems. Security, privacy, and compliance requirements must also be met.

This is a single-stage open-market process run exclusively through VendorPanel Marketplace. No response is required via GETS.
