Technical Project Manager – Tokelau Inter-Atoll Vessel Project - Tokelau (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #66632021)

The New Zealand Government, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), is partnering with the Government of Tokelau to improve the delivery of maritime services between Tokelau’s three remote atolls - Fakaofo, Nukunonu, and Atafu. MFAT and the Tokelau Department of Transport (DoT) are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the design, procurement, and delivery of a new vessel that supports more reliable, safe, comfortable, and accessible inter-atoll transport. This pivotal role will provide expert project management and technical oversight across the full vessel development lifecycle. You will also contribute advice on the design of schedules, fare structures, and ongoing maintenance planning to ensure a sustainable, community-responsive service.
