The Electoral Commission is responsible for running New Zealand’s parliamentary elections. This is a large logistical exercise with specialist requirements.

Following a request for information process earlier in the year, we are now seeking proposals from suppliers for the storage and distribution of electoral supplies and equipment, including warehousing and inventory management, storage, packing, and distribution services.
Suppliers must have fit for purpose facilities and equipment, and well established systems and procedures in place to ensure safe and secure storage and distribution of over 100 different supply items of varying size and packaging.

We are holding an open briefing session via Teams for this opportunity. Pre-registration is required. During the briefing we will provide further context around our requirements and key priorities, and provide opportunity for questions.
