Inland Revenue (IR) is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to become the Ātea Single Service Partner (ĀSSP). This strategic partner will provide systems integration and ongoing support
services for IR’s Oracle Fusion Cloud suite and a new payroll solution, forming part of IR’s broader Enterprise Support Systems platform known as Ātea.
The successful supplier will lead the design, build, and implementation of the integrated payroll solution, and assume responsibility for technical application support, release management, and
continuous improvement of the Ātea platform. IR is looking for a long-term partner with deep Oracle expertise, a strong local presence, and a collaborative approach to service delivery.
This RFP is part of Inland Revenue’s commitment to modernising its back-office systems in alignment with the Government Chief Digital Officer’s Common Process Model and SaaS ERP strategy.
The selected partner will play a pivotal role in helping IR transition off its current SAP ECC platform by the end of 2027.
