12347 - ROI : Mill Road RoNS Stage 1 Package 1 Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Designer (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #65793984)

NZTA is seeking a professional services supplier to be engaged by the Mill Road Contractor for the development of the Conceptual Design and Detailed Design, and construction phase services Mill Road – Redoubt Road: SH1 Interchange to Hilltop Road project (Mill Road Package 1). in South Auckland.

a. This Registration of Interest (ROI) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a step one tender for the Mill Road Package 1 - Designer contract opportunity.
b. This ROI is the first step in a two-step procurement process. Following evaluation, shortlisted Tenderers will be invited to participate in a closed Tender process to select the Designer.

The three-stage Mill Road project involves developing an upgraded / new four-lane 21.5km road corridor, running parallel to State Highway 1 (SH1), providing residents with a safer way to move between the communities of Flat Bush, Manukau, Manurewa, Papakura and Drury. The project objective is to improve traffic efficiency on the Mill Road corridor and enhance transport network resilience.

Package 1 comprises 1.7km of road widening along Redoubt Road from SH1 Interchange to Hilltop Road. The development of the Conceptual Design will be via an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) delivery model, and the detailed design and construction via a Design and Construct model.

Project documents listed in Appendix A will be provided to Tenderers in a data room. Access to the data room will be provided at NZTA’s discretion following completion and return of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) included with this ROI.
