RESSET Engineer and Project Management Consultancy (ETC)

MFAT (The Buyer) is looking to procure the services of an engineering consultancy services provider to manage and supervise the construction of a Solar PV (photovoltaic) plant with battery energy storage system (BESS) in the island of Tanna, and a BESS in the island of Efate, to support our role as Principal to the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract of a solar PV plant with battery energy storage system (BESS) in Tanna and a BESS in Efate, Vanuatu, as part of the so-called RESSET project (Renewable Energy and Storage Systems in Efate and Tanna).

The Buyer is looking for providers who have solid credentials in delivering Project Management, ETC and MSQA services for energy projects in the Pacific and SIDS (Small Island Developing States). The Buyer is looking for a highly qualified team who can work collaboratively with the Buyer, and the Government of Vanuatu, as well as the electric utilities and key stakeholders, while building local capacity.
