The Ministry of Social Development will shortly be advertising for Long Term Office Accommodation.

This Advance Notice is to inform the market of an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking long term leased office accommodation in Papakura as well as Tamaki / Glenn Innes central locations that can service the needs of the community and meet the set up and design requirements of a client-facing MSD Service Centre.

We are seeking accommodation options that are either new builds or existing sites that:

• provides ground floor office space
• provides a good quality, modern, safe and secure physical workspace
• has large efficient floor plates and allows for open plan environments
• is close to public amenities (parking, proximity to bus routes etc)
• has onsite parking.

We will be releasing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on Tuesday 1 July 2025 with the opportunity advertised via GETS through to MSD"s Procurement System - Weka. In preparation for the release of the RFP we invite you to download the documents attached to this Notice to register your organisation in advance as a prospective supplier on our Weka Procurement System (if you are not already).
