Inland Revenue (IR) are looking for one or more services providers who have a range of recruitment tools that can be used during the recruitment process as an add on to our Oracle Recruiting Cloud product, e.g. cognitive testing, reference checking, video application response, bulk interview scheduling, recruiting campaigns, job board posting,etc.

IR is currently using a range of tools during its recruitment selection process, however we are looking for information from interested providers on these and other tools, to gain further insight and knowledge of what is currently available either through recruitment agencies or direct with suppliers of these tools.

IR are seeking to determine interested provider"s ability to adapt to IR"s systems (we use Oracle Recruiting Cloud), providers"s capability to deliver, and get clarity on the market"s expectations for IR to successfully integrate into our systems.

This RFI process provides suppliers with the opportunity to showcase your product to one of New Zealand"s largest Government agencies and be part of the solution to deliver a seamless recruitment service that contributes to a better user experience for IR"s people and candidates.
