Update on procurement timing:
CN 12347: Mill Road RoNS Stage 1Package 1 Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Designer

This is an update to prospective tenderers for the Mill Rd RoNS Stage 1 Package 1 ECI-Designer on the intended timing of the procurement process.

As per previous communications, the Package 1 ECI-Designer role will be competitively tendered.
Once selected, the Designer and ECI-Contractor will be required to expediently agree terms in order to progress the Mill Rd programme.
NZTA is currently completing the ROI stage of the ECI-Contractor procurement.

The expected timing of the Mill Road ECI-Designer procurement process is as follows:

Close of submissions 30 July 2025 9 September 2025
