PY2413 – Library – Bathroom Upgrade (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #63973113)

The Stratford District Library underwent major renovations in 2020 resulting in an increased number of staff members at the library. However, the staff only bathroom was not part of these renovations. The increased usage by a growing number of staff has led to the bathroom"s condition beginning to deteriorate and is now considered unsuitable for use.
During renovations old wooden windows were replaced with aluminium windows. These windows have since started to leak causing damage to the sills and surrounding walls. There is visible damage to the plaster board below and to the left of one of the windows
