Property Management Services for the Temporary Accommodation Service (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #63815922)

The Temporary Accommodation Service (TAS) branch within the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) plays a central role in emergency response and recovery. This procurement seeks to appoint a Property Management Company (PMC) to assist with managing temporary accommodation provided to displaced households, and also adaptable to scale up to meet the needs of emergency activations and evolving requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to obtaining signed agreements, payment management, property inspection, arrears management and reporting. The supplier must demonstrate capability in both routine property management and high-volume, rapid response situations.
