Registration of Interest at CASS Auckland for a Main Contractor for new Student Kitchen, ventilation to Atrium and Block A bathroom Refurbishment including hoists fit out works (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #63493355)

- Stage 1 – New Kitchen and Atrium Louvres
o Timing; Start School holidays from Friday 27th June 25 until completion.
o Scope includes;
 The new Teaching Kitchen (Relocatable) as well as converting existing fixed louvres in Atrium (Block A) into mechanical louvres.
 The reason for this is that because the Atrium louvres are fixed open, there are large temperature variances between summer and winter so the space is intended to be more comfortable.
 Some demolition of a stand along end of life Portacom adjacent to the new kitchen block.
o Consent;
 The new kitchen will require a consent and this is being applied for and expected to be uplifted prior to the works starting
 The louvres replacement is like-for-like so are not subject to a consent.
 Building consent for the new Kitchen is expected to be lodged with Council on or around 28 April 2025.

- Stage 2 – Block A bathroom refurbishment, hoists and roofing repairs
o Timing; Start 3pm Wed 18th December, completion by Friday 30th Jan 2026.
o Scope includes
 Bathroom refurbishment
 Hoists replacement in existing bathrooms including the Atrium. Hoist installation shall be by a nominated subcontractor who has provided services to CASS for over a decade.
 Some roof flashing replacement works, like for like by a nominated sub-contractor
