This RFP relates to the engagement of a competent contractor to provide the following Scope of Services:-
Napier City Council is procuring a food and beverage catering company to provide professional kitchen and front of house service, a creative and consistent seasonal menu offering to customers of the Napier Conferences & Events Centre and other Council facilities that have not yet been defined, and therefore should be considered not part of this RFP process.
It is important to develop a collaborated partnership to ensure good principles and practices to our customers. We are seeking one source of supplier/contractor who will work out of the Napier Conferences & Events Centre location.
It is envisaged that the relationship between Napier City Council and the successful contractor will be an exclusive and interactive, where both parties work towards promoting prompt and constructive communication and there is a shared approach to problem solving. This way of working is based upon mutual trust and recognition that working together achieves the best results.
