The opportunity is for the replacement to roofs on several buildings and one section to one block that is being re-pitched and roofing material changed. In the main, the roofs are replaced on a "like for like" basis. There will some building works associated with the roofing works including possible purlin replacement, timber fascia repairs, carpentry to form re-pitch section. Given the predominance of roofing work, it is the Principal"s preference that a competent and experienced roofing contractor would be the "main contractor" and a building contractor sub-contract to the roofer.
