Main Contractor for Block B - AMS ILE & LSPM Universal Bathroom Upgrades (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #63072462)

The BOT at Trentham School are seeking the services of a main contractor to undertake the Block B - AMS ILE & LSPM Universal Bathroom Upgrades

The work is described in the tender documents prepared by IR Group and involves:

Stage One (Universal Bathroom & adjacent Room - 14 & 12):
• Cordon off the specific area of work by splitting Lobby area with temporary wall and operate under a site-specific safety plan (refer staging plan)
• Demo existing walls, strandboard floor, carpet, vinyl, windows and doors
• Supply and install new walls, wall and ceiling linings, ply floor with vinyl floor coverings over, windows and doors, lights, wall and ceiling coverings, sanitary fittings to new accessible bathroom and Room 12 – also including HWC and connect new sanitary fittings to hot water and drainage as well as fire services upgrade as outlined in the fire report to Lobby only (Refer AMS Drawing set for Room 12 floor, wall, ceiling and lighting scope of works
• Take down temporary wall in lobby (13) and install entry carpet to lobby (Refer AMS Drawings)
• Reinstate temporary wall in lobby ready for stage two
• Leave site clean and tidy

Stage Two (AMS Classrooms)
• Cordon off the specific area of work and operate under a site-specific safety plan (refer staging plan)
• Demo existing walls, carpet, vinyl, fixed joinery and doors
• Supply and install new walls, wall linings, floor coverings, internal doors, lights, wall and ceiling coverings, fire services upgrade as outlined in the fire report
• Leave site clean and tidy


• Project consultants are:
o Project Manager: IR Group
o Lead Designer: IR Group

Contractors should detail their plan to ensure an efficient delivery (eg. pre-order products, line up sub-contractors). Ensuring minimal disruption to the school and having an efficient programme are paramount.
Preferred Date: June / July School Holidays

The Contractor will be engaged through an MOE medium works contract (Construction contracts for professional services and works).
