Raglan Fire Station - Re-clad and Ablutions (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #62770424)

We wish to engage a construction supplier to carry out works at the Raglan Fire Station to ensure it remains fit for purpose. This project will address weather tightness concerns and enhance decontamination facilities by replacing existing deteriorated cladding and modifying internal areas to improve ablution and locker facilities.

The fire station will remain operational for the duration of the project. The successful supplier will liaise with our Project Manager and brigade leadership team to formulate and maintain a project plan that minimizes disruptions to brigade operations.

A site visit will be preferred by prospective suppliers to inspect the works required and accurately complete their response. Further details regarding this aspect will be included in the RFP when it is released.
