Advance Notice for Out of Home Media Services (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #62635111)

The purpose of this Advance Notice is to communicate Auckland Transport’s (AT’s) intention to undertake an open, single stage procurement process to select a Media Partner(s) with relevant experience who can partner with AT to manage and maximise revenue generating opportunities from the sale of advertising across AT’s Out-of-Home media channels. This key outcome is aligned to AT’s objective to grow non-rates revenue and deliver cost saving and efficiency targets included in Auckland Council’s Long-Term Plan 2024.

The RFP for Out-of-Home Media Services will be released in late March and will cover Auckland Transport (AT) entire portfolio of Out-of-Home advertising media assets.
The RFP is a one-stage procurement process and is an open invitation to participants who have the necessary capacity, capability and track record and wish to submit a proposal for the Out-of-Home Media contract(s).

The RFP is for following media Asset Portfolios:
A. Street Furniture (bus shelters and related)
B. Transport Hubs and Experiential (Stations and Terminals)
C. Vehicular Based Media (Interior and Exterior)
D. Billboards (Static and Digital)

This Advance Notice process will be kept open on GETS in case there are any further notices; the RFP will be released on a separate GETS process in late March. AT is not running a question and answer forum on this Advance Notice.
