SH77 Rakaia Gorge Rockfall Fence (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #62341908)

This is a Physical Works contract for the installation of two sperate rockfall barriers at a section of SH77 situated southwest of the two Rakaia Gorge Bridges. The proposed works comprises of installing two Geobrugg GBE 100-A-R rockfall barriers at the toe of the slope to reduce the risk of rock material reaching SH77. The two locations are as follows:

• Location 1 – Rakaia Gorge (SH77 / 0043 // 9.315 – 9.550) approximately 250 m in length
• Location 2 – Wightmans Road Cutting (SH77 / 0043 // 8.480 – 8.660) approximately 180 m in length

The Contract Works comprise of:
• Site establishment
• Pre-Implementation scaling works including access
• Minor drainage and debris clearance including the removal of material to dump
• Installation of proprietary GBE 100A Rockfall Barrier including all above and below ground elements, and testing. Note the Principal is supplying the Rockfall Barriers and Anchors.
• All other work indicated, described, or implied in the project specifications and drawings.

Only tenderers pre-qualified to Construction Level 4A, B, C or D (4A, 4B, 4C or 4D) under the terms of the Transport Agency’s Prequalification System are eligible to submit a tender.

All responses to tender queries/clarifications will be answered by Notice to Tenderer which will be available in the GETS addenda.

Tender submissions shall be uploaded to GETS eTender box.
