The New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit proposals for comprehensive fuels maintenance services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to establish a relationship with a service provider who can ensure the optimal performance, safety, and compliance of our fuel systems across all operational sites.

Through this RFP, we aim to identify a supplier who can deliver a full spectrum of fuels maintenance services, including but not limited to inspection, cleaning, testing, repair, and emergency response. The selected provider will work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement a maintenance programme that aligns with industry best practices, complies with all applicable regulations and meets our maintenance specifications provided with this RFP
