The Board of Trustees at Te Kura Amorangi o Whakawātea are seeking registrations of interest from suitably experienced main contractors for alterations to the school"s administration block as follows:
i. Internal alterations to existing administration building to form a meeting room and two offices, along with a support space and storage area within the existing building envelope.
ii. The project will be constructed in one stage, with the school’s administrative functions relocated to another space for the duration.
iii. The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract.
