Electricity Distribution Network - Network Operational Performance & Safety - Short Term Capability & Capacity Support (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #60674195)

We are looking for opportunities to provide a short-term capability and capacity boost to our Operational Performance and Safety Team. This will enable us to reduce our timeline on an improvement initiative which will enhance the robustness of operational protocols and their application between our network control room and our fault responders.

We are interested in capability beyond technical document writing (i.e tidying up existing information) and it requires knowledge of electricity distribution network operational best practice as well as the ability to:
- work within our Business and with our Field Service Providers to understand the current approach.
- work with key stakeholders to define a new future state aligned with best practice.
- providing expertise to uplift to best practice, if needed.
- obtain the buy in and endorsement of management.
- produce artefacts to facilitate training and adoption within the business.

We are seeking Responses to this Request for Information about the provision of short-term capability and capacity to support our Operational Performance and Safety Team.

We want to hear from sole traders or organisations who have existing experience working in the distribution, transmission or generation electricity industry and specifically in electricity network operational practices.

We are particularly interested in hearing from sole traders or organisations that may have capability and capacity that is available to work with us in person, in Otago NZ.

While this Request for Information is not a formal procurement process, should the capability and capacity exist in Otago, NZ and be available to commence during the first quarter of 2025, we may seek to conduct a formal procurement process (at our sole discretion) to contract our requirements.

We do not want to hear from sole traders or organistions who:
- are not currently based in New Zealand and/or cannot currently work in New Zealand.
- would offer material, equipment, system or alternative solutions that are not related specifically to our request.
- have experience or expertise that is outside of the electricity sector.
